Thank you for participating in this test

I am a PhD student at Sheffield University. My research focusses on the way in which people move around within buildings, in particular buildings with which they are unfamiliar.

This test should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. You will be asked a series of general questions first and provided with further instructions on how to complete the test. Any personal information given will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purposes of this PhD study.

It is suggested that you press the F11 button (near the top of your computer's keyboard) at this stage, which will expand the test to fill your computer's screen. This is particularly important if you have a small and/or low resolution screen. Pressing F11 again will return the screen to normal.

Please undertake the test individually. If you are with someone who also wishes to undertake the test, please ask them not to look at the screen and return to the computer when you have completed the test.

Click the button below to go to the next page. By clicking this button you give your consent to your responses and any other information collected during the experiment being recorded and analysed for the purposes of this PhD study. This information will not be used for any other purpose or shared with any third parties.

Thank you for your time.
